Slime Mold Simulator

You're a slime mold on a forest floor. Eat oats and leaves, get bigger, don't get eaten.

Your body is a web of veins that stretches and drags behind you as you move. Level up and it grows new branches. Get hurt and pieces go grey and can break off.

Ants, worms, pillbugs and snails are out there, and some of them bite back. Ant hills lead down into dark nests with a queen at the bottom. Snails have dens with a giant one inside. You can't level past 20 until the queen is dead, or past 40 until the snail is.

Controls: WASD or arrow keys, or hold the mouse, to move. E enters and exits nests. 0 shows node health. The crosshair button (top right) finds the nearest forest, dirt or mulch and lets you drop flags to warp back to.
